AK44 Weekly Gambling Review: A Template
Quick Summary
- A weekly review takes 15 minutes and shows what your play really costs.
- Record time, deposits, withdrawals, games and how you felt.
- Look for patterns: late nights, chasing, specific games or moods.
- End each review with limits for the coming week.
Most people underestimate how much time and money goes on gambling, not because they are careless but because memory favours wins. A short weekly review fixes that. Once a week, sit down with your account history and wallet records, fill in a simple table and ask a few honest questions. It takes about 15 minutes. This guide gives you the template, the questions and the decisions to make at the end.
Before you start: gather your records
Use real records, not memory. Your AK44 account should show deposit, withdrawal and bet history. Your bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay app shows payments out and in. Put them side by side.
Pick the same day and time each week, when you are calm and not about to play.
- AK44 deposit and withdrawal history.
- Bet or game history for the week.
- Wallet app transaction history.
- A notebook or phone note for the template.
The weekly template
Fill in one row per session, or one row per day if you play often. Keep it short. The point is a clear picture, not a perfect record.
Add a column for fees if you cash out through an agent. Our MFS cash-out charges guide explains why that cost is worth tracking.
| Column | What to write |
|---|---|
| Date and time | When the session started and ended |
| Deposited | Taka deposited that session |
| Withdrawn | Taka withdrawn that session |
| Games or markets | Slots, live tables, sports, fishing games |
| Mood before | Bored, stressed, happy, tired |
| Planned or not | Did you plan to play, or was it on impulse? |
Totals and the honest number
Add up deposits and withdrawals for the week. Deposits minus withdrawals is your net cost for the week. That single number matters more than any big win you remember.
Add up time too. Hours spent is a cost as real as Taka.
- Total deposited this week.
- Total withdrawn this week.
- Net cost: deposited minus withdrawn.
- Total hours played.
- Number of unplanned sessions.
Questions to ask
Look at the template and answer these honestly. Write a short answer to each.
If the same pattern shows up three weeks in a row, it is a habit, not a one-off.
- Did I keep to the limit I set last week?
- Did I deposit more than once in a session?
- Did I play to win back a loss?
- Did I play late at night or when upset?
- Did any game or market cost much more than others?
- Did gambling get in the way of work, study, sleep or family?
Decide next week's limits
End every review with decisions. Set a deposit limit for the week, a time limit and any games you will skip. Write them at the top of next week's page.
If the review shows chasing, rising deposits or play when upset, consider a break. Our relapse prevention guide helps you plan one, and talking to family helps if you want someone to check in with.
- Weekly deposit limit in Taka.
- Weekly time limit in hours.
- Days or times with no play.
- Games or markets to avoid.
- One person to share the review with, if that helps.
Watch out: reviews that turn into excuses
A review only works if it is honest. Watch for thoughts like 'that week does not count' or 'I was due a win'. Write them down too; they are part of the pattern.
Use any limit tools the site offers alongside your review. Check the AK44 account settings for deposit limits or self-exclusion, and read our responsible gaming page for more options.

Common questions
Why do a weekly gambling review?
Memory tends to remember wins and forget losses. A weekly review uses real records to show net cost, time spent and patterns such as chasing or late-night play. It helps you set limits based on facts.
How long does a weekly review take?
About 15 minutes once you have the template set up. Gathering records from your account and wallet app takes most of the time. The questions and limits take a few minutes more.
What if my net cost is higher than I expected?
That is common and useful to know. Set a lower deposit limit for next week, cut unplanned sessions and consider a short break. If it keeps rising, read our relapse prevention guide and talk to someone you trust.
Should I count bonuses in the review?
Record them separately. Bonus funds often come with wagering rules, so they are not the same as your own money. Focus the main totals on Taka you deposited and withdrew.
Can I share my review with someone?
Yes, and many people find it helps. A trusted friend or family member can notice patterns you miss and help you keep to your limits.
